A Life Fulfilled
What does a ‘Life Fulfilled’ look like?
Is it about gaining lots of possessions? Becoming successful? Becoming famous? Achieving all sorts of great exploits?
In the Webster Miriam Dictionary, ‘fulfilled’ is described as:
1. feeling happiness & satisfaction
2. providing happiness & satisfaction.
I love this, because it takes into consideration, the importance of taking care of ourselves (taking time to be refreshed, built up), but also taking time to help others to be refreshed & built up.
I know life can get a bit crazy sometimes, causing us to be overwhelmed by our own challenges, but don’t let that cause you to neglect taking time to care for others.
We are all part of a crazy (diverse) family, humanity, different shapes, different sizes, different passions, different gifts & talents, but we need each other. As the saying goes, ‘No man is an island’ :-)
So take some time to ‘plan’ something, that refreshes you, builds you up, so that you can in turn help someone. It doesn’t have to be the ‘whole world’, just start with one person, that you can encourage & build up, as they journey through their life.
Let’s build a better world, with just one act of kindness!
Blessings
